Richard Bennett

Chief Operating Officer and Partner

Richard joined DPI in November 2024 as the Chief Operating Officer.

Richard is responsible for the development and execution of operational strategy, with a particular focus on building an efficient and scalable operating model. His responsibilities cover people strategy and culture, technology and efficiencies and oversight of DPI’s legal and compliance functions.

Richard brings over 25 years’ experience in strategy, business growth and transformation, operations, governance and law. Prior to DPI, Richard was the Global Chief Operating Officer for Schroders Capital, the alternatives division of Schroders PLC, the FTSE 100 asset manager.

Prior to that, Richard spent 15 years at Morgan Stanley Investment Management in various senior executive roles, based in New York and London. Richard has also spent time as a senior advisor, providing strategic and business transformation advice to clients in the U.S. and UK.

Richard holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the London School of Economics and is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
