Babacar joined DPI in January 2011. Prior to Joining DPI, Babacar worked as
a Summer Associate at Frontier Markets Fund Managers (FMFM) where he
assessed and structured quasi-equity and debt investment in Mali, Niger and
Senegal in the telecom and mining sectors.  Prior to this, Babacar was an
Investment Analyst in the Global Transaction Team at the International
Finance Corporation (IFC), where he assessed, structured, negotiated and
executed investments in the manufacturing and services sectors. Babacar
holds a Bachelor of Science in Business administration and Finance from the
University of California, Riverside (2003) and a MBA from Oxford University
(2010). He is a citizen of Senegal.
