Joy joined DPI in November 2010, having gained 3 years as a Finance Manager
with Albion Ventures LLP (an MBO from Close Brothers Group), a manager of
seven listed funds. Her focus was on fund accounting for funds investing in
quoted and unquoted UK companies, corporate restructuring, treasury
management and fund raising for the investment manager. Prior to this, Joy
was Group Financial Controller at a private equity backed software solutions
company, Iris Financial Solutions. Joy is a Chartered Management Accountant
and holds a post-graduate Diploma in Financial Strategy from Oxford
University¹s Said Business School. Joy is a British citizen and is of
Zimbabwean origin.
